Guest Experience Expert (Front Desk Agent)

Position Overview

The role of a Guest Experience Expert extends beyond simple check-in and check-out processes; it focuses on creating an unforgettable and unique guest journey. This position involves proactively providing a diverse array of services that support guests throughout their entire stay. The expert is authorized to move freely within their work area to fulfill tasks including operational procedures, responding to guest needs, report completion, and sharing insights about local attractions. Their goal is to seamlessly integrate service transactions into the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe workplace adhering strictly to company policies and procedures.
• Protect confidential information and safeguard company assets.
• Ensure high quality standards in all interactions and services.
• Present a professional appearance in uniform and communication.
• Remain physically active by standing, walking, or sitting for prolonged periods and handle light lifting tasks (up to 10 pounds) as needed.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned to ensure exceptional guest and business outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum education qualification: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
