Job description
Role Overview
As Growth Product Manager at our innovative healthcare technology company, you will be fully responsible for the business outcomes of a product stream—ensuring the right product is developed and launched ahead of schedule, embraced by clinicians daily for its value. Your accountability lies with measurable results rather than just following a prescribed roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of your product stream's core performance metric from start to finish, making crucial product and design decisions that support launch and sustained clinician adoption.
- Focus on driving adoption and retention beyond launch, ensuring each release meets general availability criteria and clinician satisfaction.
- Lead growth-driven discovery to identify and prioritize funnel and activation levers with the highest expected impact.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable daily tasks for your team aligned to business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams, influencing solution development rather than just specifying requirements.
- Leverage modern AI technologies to accelerate product insight generation and delivery.
- Continuously evaluate product hypotheses and pivot swiftly when outcomes differ from expectations, owning your metrics fully.
About the Company and Mission
Our company is dedicated to reducing preventable medical errors by automating clinical documentation through AI-powered ambient note-taking and intelligent workflow integration. Thousands of clinicians across multiple disciplines rely on our platform daily across Australia, the UK, and Asia. We aim to lead clinical AI technology adoption in Australia before competitors.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record managing product outcomes with clear growth and funnel conversion targets.
- Operator mindset with responsibility for profit & loss or growth metrics, not just participation in a team.
- Exceptional ability to communicate across clinical, engineering, and commercial stakeholders without jargon.
- Strong product judgment with instinctive understanding of optimal product and user experience decisions.
- Preference for rapid shipping and iterative learning over lengthy discovery, balanced with empathy for clinician and patient needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with clinical or healthcare operational workflows.
- Hands-on familiarity with applying AI tools towards commercial or user outcomes.
- Exposure to expanding products across international markets.
- Background in regulated or trust-sensitive sectors demanding both speed and rigor.
- Comfort operating in an early-stage, founder-led growth environment with evolving processes.
Employee Benefits
- Generous paid parental leave (14 weeks primary, 4 weeks secondary caregivers).
- Flexible hybrid work arrangements for Melbourne-based employees.
- Wellness programs including annual flu vaccinations and confidential health support services.
- Opportunity to work remotely up to six weeks annually.
- Professional growth support including coaching, mentoring, courses, and learning sessions.
- Vibrant social culture with regular lunches and offsite events.
- Fully stocked kitchen with breakfast and snacks, including kombucha.
- Monetary rewards for successful employee referrals.
Diversity & Inclusion
We actively seek to build a diverse and inclusive workforce where all colleagues feel valued and supported. Candidates from underrepresented backgrounds in tech are strongly encouraged to apply, even if some criteria are not fully met.
