Role Overview
The Growth Partnerships Associate will manage daily operations and partnerships within Acorns’ Earn marketplace and growth initiatives. This position involves maintaining partner relationships, coordinating with cross-functional teams to onboard and update partners, and identifying new opportunities to contribute to Acorns’ mission of financial accessibility.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and operational needs of Acorns’ Earn partners, acting as the primary liaison.
- Collaborate internally to launch new partners and refresh existing offers, ensuring seamless end-to-end processes.
- Work closely with Creative, Legal, and Compliance teams to facilitate timely and consistent partner launches.
- Track partner performance, resolve issues, and seek opportunities to enhance and expand partnerships.
- Maintain organized partner documentation, timetables, and workflow protocols to support launch efficiency.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years experience in partnerships, account management, business development, or related roles, preferably within consumer or fintech sectors.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills to handle multiple partnerships and collaborate across teams simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build relationships and work effectively with Creative, Legal, and Compliance departments.
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving approach to ensure continuous progress in partner onboarding and management.
- Passion for developing transformative products with societal impact, aligned with financial wellness.
