Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Growth & Ecommerce Manager to lead one of the most critical growth drivers in our organization by enhancing all aspects of our ecommerce platform. This role involves optimizing the website's effectiveness, boosting both conversion rates and average order values, orchestrating new product collections, conducting thorough commercial performance analyses, managing specialized agencies, and uncovering opportunities for business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Shopify and ecommerce platform operations to maximize efficiency.
• Implement Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) strategies to increase sales effectiveness.
• Coordinate website merchandising and new product launches.
• Conduct commercial reporting and performance analysis to inform decisions.
• Oversee agency collaborations including Meta, email marketing, web development, and CRO specialists.
• Enhance the customer journey to drive engagement and retention.
• Lead new growth initiatives and commercial projects to support business scaling.

Candidate Profile

The perfect candidate is passionate about data-driven decision making, enjoys running experiments, solving complex problems, and consistently improving weekly performance metrics. Experience in ecommerce or growth roles within fast-paced consumer brands is highly desirable, especially those aiming for greater responsibility and significant impact.

Preferred Experience & Skills

Proficiency with platforms like Shopify, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Klaviyo is a considerable advantage.

This position works closely with our founder and is pivotal to scaling Instant Swim. The role is fully remote.
