Key Responsibilities

• Rotate stock regularly and remove any expired or damaged items to guarantee product freshness and quality.
• Ensure accurate pricing and signage, following prescribed procedures for ordering, markdowns, tag placement, and labeling.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols, maintaining a hygienic work area.
• Keep the department fully stocked, handle downstocking duties, apply product protection as needed, and manage modular setups including flex modulars and new shelf caps.
• Follow all health and safety policies to ensure a clean, hazard-free working environment.
• Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling by working varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support smooth store operations.

Challenges You May Face

• Manage high volume and fast-paced tasks effectively, especially during overnight hours, by staying well-prepared and focused.
• Perform physical activities such as standing for long durations, lifting products and equipment up to 50 lbs, and completing repetitive stocking and organizing tasks with precision.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $16.15.
