About the Role

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper zoning of the grocery section to keep it customer-ready at all times.
• Regularly rotate stock and remove expired or damaged items to uphold product freshness and quality.
• Ensure accurate pricing, labeling, signage, and follow procedures for ordering, clearances, markups, and markdowns.
• Adhere to food safety protocols, sanitation, and cleaning standards to maintain a hygienic work environment.
• Stock shelves thoroughly, perform downstocking when necessary, apply product protections, and arrange modular displays including flex modulars and new shelf caps.
• Follow all health and safety policies to foster a clean, safe, and hazard-free workplace.
• Be flexible with work schedules, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business requirements.
• Manage a high-volume workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during overnight shifts, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Perform physical activities such as extended standing, bending, and lifting inventory or supplies up to 50 lbs with attention to detail and consistency.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $18.40.
