Role overview

Pixel8.CA is hiring a Graphic & Digital Content Designer for an on-site full-time position in Mississauga, Ontario. The start date is August 2026, and the annual compensation range is $36,000 to $40,000. This role suits someone who is imaginative, precise, and comfortable working in a fast-moving agency setting.

What you will do

  • Create visual assets for social platforms, websites, print pieces, packaging, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Design Instagram content in multiple formats, including feed posts, stories, carousels, and reels.
  • Produce campaign visuals for both digital and print use, including motion-driven and video-based creative.
  • Partner with the social media team to develop monthly content plans and supporting marketing material.
  • Develop promotional materials such as posters, flyers, signage, and other brand-facing graphics.
  • Build complete brand identities, including logos, visual systems, and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure branding remains consistent across platforms, channels, and customer touchpoints.
  • Work with content, social, and strategy colleagues to turn ideas into finished creative work.
  • Join brainstorming discussions and contribute ideas that shape creative direction.
  • Handle several projects at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining strong design quality.

What we are looking for
