Job Responsibilities

• Produce video content using original and repurposed footage.
• Understand team briefs to capture specific requirements.
• Develop and evaluate scripts and raw materials for videos.
• Edit and sequence footage effectively.
• Add music, voiceovers, graphics, and special effects.
• Create both rough cuts and final versions.
• Ensure videos are logically ordered and smoothly run.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different teams.
• Continuously explore and adopt new editing technologies and best practices to enhance efficiency.

Candidate Competencies

• Proven experience as a video editor.
• Strong proficiency with digital editing software such as Premiere, After Effects, and Final Cut.
• Demonstrable video editing skills supported by a solid portfolio.
• Knowledge of special effects, animation, 3D graphics, and compositing.
• Creative storytelling ability and inventive mindset.
• Proficiency in Meitei, English, and Hindi languages is highly desirable.

Additional Information

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience preferred.
• Applicants must have their own editing computer or desktop system.
• This is a contract position extending until March 2027.
