Position Overview

This role focuses on creating sponsorship proposals and sales materials for prominent brand partnerships within sports and entertainment sectors. The graphic designer will play a crucial role in supporting the creative team by crafting materials that consistently uphold brand standards and elevate high-profile business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create outstanding sponsorship sales collateral that compellingly narrates brand opportunities, especially related to Naming Rights and On-Uniform Branding.
• Serve as a dedicated Graphic Designer, delivering innovative design work that surpasses industry norms.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing solutions team to handle and prioritize multiple creative projects supporting the Excel Properties Division.
• Adopt a problem-solving approach to handle feedback gracefully from both internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain professional communication and tact during demanding deadlines.
• Show willingness to learn and experiment with new digital tools and technologies, including AI, to enhance Excel's competitive edge.

Required Experience and Education

• A design-related degree or a minimum of five years of professional experience in graphic design within a large agency, professional sports team, or similar setting.

Essential Technical Skills

• Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• Experience with video editing software like Premiere Pro or After Effects is advantageous.
