Role Overview

Join our team as a full-time Graphic Designer based in Gosford, NSW, contributing to both graphic and apparel design in a hybrid capacity. This unique position offers the chance to influence the visual identity of our brand and its unisex street and sport collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original graphics, prints, logos, and artwork for apparel and accessories.
• Develop seasonal mood boards, color schemes, and conceptual designs.
• Construct cohesive bi-monthly and seasonal collections aligned with brand strategy.
• Prepare detailed technical packages including specifications for prints, labels, fabrics, and trims.
• Perform trend and competitor analysis to guide design directions.
• Ensure visual consistency across product lines and marketing materials.
• Manage critical timelines and adhere to production calendar deadlines.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of three years experience in graphic design; familiarity with streetwear and activewear design is highly advantageous.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and apparel-related work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Keen attention to detail in color, layout, and typography.
• Enthusiasm for fashion, streetwear aesthetics, and impactful visual narratives.
• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to work autonomously.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.

Compensation

Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually plus superannuation, dependent on experience.

This position is based onsite in Gosford, New South Wales, Australia.
