Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to enhance our pursuits team by creating visually compelling submissions and tenders, while also supporting our company branding efforts. This role is part of a growing Design and Construction firm located in central Sydney.

Responsibilities

• Craft engaging bid submissions, expressions of interest, tenders, and client presentations.
• Develop graphics, infographics, diagrams, and project visuals that communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Ensure all submissions are visually appealing, professionally formatted, and consistent with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Bid Team to design layouts that effectively convey persuasive narratives.
• Produce marketing materials including capability statements and project case studies.
• Maintain and enhance templates, style guides, and brand assets.
• Support website content creation, social media graphics, and internal communications.
• Continuously work on improving the visual impact and quality of submissions.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years' professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Expertise in document layout and formatting.
• Preferably experienced in designing corporate proposals, tenders, or documents for professional services.
• Familiarity with branding and visual communication principles.
• Background or experience in construction, architecture, engineering, property, or design industries is advantageous.
