Candidate Profile

• Holds a bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Graduated within the past two years or awaiting final results.
• Exhibits a strong academic background, ideally with a GPA of 3.5 or higher or an equivalent standard.
• Has a genuine enthusiasm for engineering, construction, project development, design, and the built environment.
• Displays strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing.
