Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Partnerships Associate to join our team in Saudi Arabia, supporting the Head of Partnerships in advancing Snap's strategic initiatives and reinforcing our presence in key sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Partnerships to drive strategic programs that boost Snap's engagement across priority industries.
• Manage ongoing relationships with important government and commercial partners through planning, implementation, and monitoring efforts.
• Work closely with multiple teams including Executive Leadership, Marketing, Sales, Communications, and Global departments to ensure cohesive execution of partnership activities.
• Conduct comprehensive market and partner research to uncover opportunities and shape partnership approaches.
• Contribute to preparing pitch decks, proposals, and executive briefings.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to guarantee timely, high-quality delivery of partnership projects.
• Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data, and report progress toward partnership goals.
• Assist in organizing and executing on-site activations and brand showcases at prominent national events.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent background.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic languages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong prioritization capabilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and different management tiers.
• Skilled at handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Adaptable to fast-paced and evolving work environments.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive insights.

Preferred Attributes

• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, including data analysis and deriving actionable conclusions.
• Enthusiastic about Snapchat, marketing, and business growth initiatives.
