Google Ads Specialist

About the Role

We invite an experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. This position requires at least two years managing Google Ads campaigns across diverse sectors, focusing on optimizing campaign efficiency, conversion tracking, and marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and supervise Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing formats.
• Perform comprehensive keyword research and competitive market assessments.
• Enhance campaign metrics such as click-through rate, Quality Score, return on ad spend, and minimize cost per click.
• Implement and maintain conversion tracking through Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Monitor ongoing campaign performance providing detailed, actionable reports.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing on advertisements, bidding tactics, and campaign configurations.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven minimum of two years practical experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience with marketing campaigns in multiple industry domains.
• Expertise in Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and keyword research.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and execute performance optimizations.
• Adept problem-solving abilities paired with analytical thinking.

Compensation and Location

The salary range is 18000 to 25000 INR monthly, depending on experience. This role is based at our Lucknow office requiring on-site presence.
