Role Overview

The Gloves Production Manager position at the Al Kharj Industrial City facility entails full responsibility for managing all aspects of medical glove manufacturing. This on-site role involves planning and scheduling production workflows, overseeing daily output, and ensuring strict compliance with global quality and safety standards. The manager will coordinate across production, maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to reduce downtime and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Duties

• Lead and supervise production teams to meet daily manufacturing targets.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and supply departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and report production performance using key performance indicators.
• Implement continuous process improvements to optimize efficiency and product quality.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials required for glove production.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
• Train, develop, and support production staff for enhanced team capability.
• Prepare detailed reports on production metrics and capacity planning for senior management.

Position Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Polymer Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• Demonstrated extensive experience specifically in manufacturing medical gloves.
