Global Programs Lead, Corporate Social Responsibility

Role Overview

The Global Programs Lead is responsible for full ownership of the development and implementation of TikTok's worldwide corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. This includes crafting impactful narratives, managing signature campaigns, and enhancing operational efficiency across various global programs to maximize social impact. Reporting directly to the Global Head of CSR, this role is central to driving cohesive CSR strategies aligned with the company's key mission pillars.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement global CSR storytelling strategies and campaign roadmaps consistent with TikTok’s mission and four foundational pillars.
• Oversee comprehensive program management for prominent global initiatives, ensuring coordination among cross-functional teams, managing budgets, timelines, and assessing impact metrics.
• Optimize global program operations by creating standardized procedures for campaign creation, approval workflows, and region-specific execution to boost team productivity.
• Lead communication efforts for CSR programs internally and externally, working closely with global communications and regional divisions for messaging uniformity.
• Conduct quarterly evaluations of programs, report outcomes to senior leadership, and refine strategies based on analytical insights and stakeholder feedback.
• Manage and monitor the global program budget to guarantee efficient allocation of resources across various CSR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program management, campaign development, CSR, or global marketing roles with demonstrated success in launching and scaling campaigns across multiple international markets.
• Strong project management capabilities including leadership of cross-departmental teams and handling complex budgets.
• Exceptional storytelling expertise for both internal and external platforms, with a strategic approach to narrative development.
• A data-oriented mindset to effectively measure impact and deliver performance reports to executive stakeholders.

Preferred Background

• Experience with global technology companies, nonprofit organizations, or international marketing agencies.
• Background in social impact, sustainability, or corporate communications functions.
• Understanding of the social media and content creator landscape.
• Track record of implementing operational efficiencies and process improvements in rapidly growing environments.
• Capability to collaborate across multiple time zones with diverse global teams.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary for this position in New York ranges between $102,400 and $216,000 annually, subject to candidate qualifications and location. Additionally, discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units may be offered. Benefits include day-one medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) with matching, paid parental leave, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, wellbeing programs, 10 paid holidays, 10 sick days, and 17 personal paid days (prorated with increasing accrual by tenure). Benefits may be modified at the company's discretion.
