About the Role

You will have the autonomy to define your target market, develop your team, and expand your clientele while leveraging ERA's tested methods, tools, and international community.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive programs focused on cost optimisation, procurement efficiency, and performance enhancement across various industry sectors.
• Develop and expand your customer base via strategic business development and sustained partnerships.
• Direct the strategic vision, marketing approach, and leadership of your consulting practice.
• Engage directly with executive-level clients to implement transformative initiatives and deliver tangible savings.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated senior leadership or consulting history in cost management, procurement, or performance improvement roles.
• Proven success in acquiring clients and managing project delivery effectively.
• Specialized knowledge in one or more fields such as Pharmaceuticals/Life Sciences, Energy and Utilities, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, or Logistics.
• Competence and confidence in interacting with C-suite executives and utilizing an established professional network.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to cultivate a thriving consulting enterprise.
