Key Responsibilities

• Own the supplements business P&L to drive scalable revenue growth and sustained profitability, including fundraising.
• Lead business plan development, set performance objectives, and steer long-term strategic roadmaps.
• Design and execute go-to-market strategies across all channels.
• Build and optimize operations for online and offline expansion.
• Enhance the anomalie brand by forging partnerships with influencers, athletes, and health professionals.
• Ensure superior customer experiences at every interaction point.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture emphasizing ownership, agility, and accuracy.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making and automate processes wherever possible.
• Serve as a public ambassador reflecting anomalie's mission and values.

Candidate Profile

• Proficient professional fluency in English and German.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
• Over seven years of demonstrated experience in business management, operations, strategy, or related domains.
• Proven history of leading and growing diverse teams focused on development and empowerment.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, adapt rapidly to change, and deliver efficiently.
• Track record of successfully increasing revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Appreciation for high-quality aesthetic brands and previous experience marketing luxury products.
• Background in scaling businesses or markets, ideally within fast-paced startup environments.
