General Labourer - Manufacturing

Job Overview

This role requires performing a variety of manual tasks in a manufacturing setting to support production processes. Candidates do not need formal education credentials but should preferably have some experience. Work is strictly on-site at the Winnipeg location, with no remote work options.

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting, packing, crating, and packaging of materials and finished products.
• Assisting machine operators, assemblers, and other team members as needed.
• Conducting general labouring duties and elemental tasks to maintain workflow.
• Cleaning machinery and the immediate work area to ensure a safe environment.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Standing for prolonged periods during shifts.
• Handling weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Personal Attributes and Suitability

• Independence in task completion with attention to detail.
• Strong punctuality, reliability, and a sense of initiative.
• Works well both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• English language skills.
• Steel-toed safety boots mandatory.
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
