Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop customer-centric AI features from initial idea to full production deployment.
• Create robust, scalable backend APIs primarily using Python and Node.js.
• Build dynamic, responsive frontend applications employing React and TypeScript.
• Integrate large language models seamlessly into production environments.
• Architect retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Develop AI agents capable of tool invocation, orchestrating workflows, and enabling automation.
• Interface AI systems with CRMs, messaging platforms, and external APIs.
• Enhance AI solutions focusing on quality, response time, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate tightly with product management and design teams to iterate promptly and launch new functionalities.
• Monitor live systems to identify issues, conduct troubleshooting, and implement continual improvements.
