Front Desk Attendant

About the Role

Join Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC) as a Part-Time Front Desk Attendant at their Park Ridge location. This position requires presence during specific shifts to ensure members receive an outstanding first impression and quality service during their visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome members by name to create a positive initial experience at the club
• Manage check-in procedures for all members and guests efficiently
• Serve as the intermediary between members and the Membership Department
• Handle incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Address member inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly; assist the Membership Experience Manager as required
• Execute opening and closing front desk procedures during assigned shifts
• Process payments when necessary and maintain accurate cash drawer balances at shift commencement and completion
• Participate in all mandatory department and staff meetings
• Maintain a clean, secure, and welcoming environment for members, guests, and colleagues

Compensation & Schedule

The hourly wage for this role is $15.40. Work schedule includes the following shifts: Monday 10:00 AM–1:00 PM, Tuesday 7:00 AM–1:00 PM, Wednesday 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, and Friday 1:00 PM–5:00 PM.

Training & Commitment

New employees are required to complete a comprehensive hospitality training program within the first 90 days. This program includes multiple hospitality courses tailored by management according to the role.
