About the Role
We are seeking a skilled web designer to join a rapidly expanding bathroom renovation brand, specializing in crafting high-conversion landing pages using Elementor. The primary responsibility is to build smooth, conversion-focused pages tailored for both paid and organic marketing campaigns. Collaboration with the marketing and creative teams is essential to align pages with campaign goals while ensuring brand consistency. This short-term, urgent project offers potential for future engagements based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive landing pages with Elementor catering to various promotional campaigns.
- Optimize pages to maximize conversion actions, such as phone inquiries and form submissions.
- Apply brand standards rigorously to keep visual elements consistent across all outputs.
- Work closely with marketing and creative personnel to ensure landing pages meet strategic campaign requirements.
- Complete and deliver finished landing pages by or before July 31.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing landing pages using Elementor.
- Deep knowledge of conversion rate optimization and user experience best practices.
- Capability to integrate provided creative materials and comply with brand specifications.
- Basic proficiency in HTML/CSS is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to work autonomously under pressure.
- Adaptability to evolving project demands and tight deadlines.
- Background in home renovation, aging in place, or related fields is a plus.
