Mindrift seeks an adept Presentation Designer to contribute to the Tendem project by crafting compelling, high-quality presentations tailored for practical applications. Role Summary
As a Presentation Designer, your primary focus will be on visual storytelling and hierarchical communication of complex information. You will transform raw data and narratives into persuasive slides and one-pagers using tools like PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma, ensuring polished, professional deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Develop sophisticated pitch decks and one-pagers designed for distinct target audiences.
- Convert intricate data sets into minimalist, clearly structured visual narratives.
- Enhance presentations with custom typography, refined animations, and consistent visuals.
- Maintain a premium corporate-creative blend style in all outputs.
- Apply stringent formatting standards, ensuring precise visual alignment, pacing, and branding before submission.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in graphic or presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization.
- Degrees in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative disciplines are advantageous.
Experience Requirements
Applicants must present a portfolio showcasing high-level presentations, pitch decks, and complex data visualizations—not just basic templates. Candidates should demonstrate an understanding of narrative pacing, storytelling techniques, and information architecture. Working autonomously with great attention to detail to convert challenging narratives into premium visual content is essential.
Technical Skills
- Mastery of presentation platforms such as PowerPoint and Keynote for producing dynamic and meticulously animated decks.
- Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma for custom graphic creation.
- Expertise in simplifying multi-layered data into refined, minimalist visual stories.
- Advanced capabilities in typography and smooth, stylish animation techniques.
Additional Criteria
- Experience creating layouts combining corporate professionalism with creative elegance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to visual precision.
- Self-motivated and capable of independently resolving design challenges.
- English proficiency at an upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher.

Project Expectations and Compensation
Active project phases typically require 10-20 hours per week; however, workload depends on project needs and is not guaranteed. Compensation can reach up to $50 per hour, varying with expertise and contribution pace. Payment levels differ between projects based on complexity and requirements.
