Role Overview
We are seeking a Founding Product Designer to join our team remotely in the United States. Reporting directly to the Co-Founder, you will play a crucial role shaping the product and user experience without a dedicated product manager. Collaboration with product engineers will help define product direction based on a deep understanding of user workflows and business logic. You will regularly engage with users to accurately capture their needs before translating them into design solutions.
The role requires expertise in both UI and UX design, as our product involves complex B2B and B2C components requiring sophisticated, polished interfaces. Since SyntheticFi leads its category, many challenges we face are unique; we expect you to push boundaries and establish industry-leading design standards.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Designer demonstrated by a relevant design portfolio.
- Expertise in designing web applications with the capability to handle intricate B2B workflows.
- Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools.
- Significant experience creating or contributing to design systems.
- Residency in the United States with familiarity using a wide array of US financial products.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Base Salary between $120,000 and $175,000.
- Equity ownership from 0.25% to 1.0% in the company.
