Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority projects for the founders, including launching new market ventures and executing strategic plans
• Enhance the candidate experience and recruitment funnel by improving conversion rates, quality, and scalability of outcomes
• Create and implement efficient operational systems and scalable processes to support rapid company growth
• Support go-to-market activities by refining messaging, conducting experiments, and cultivating partnerships
• Act as a conduit for translating real-world needs of candidates and companies into actionable insights for product development

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with founders, engineers, and recruiting teams
• Experience with or quick aptitude for one or more technologies such as TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, React, Node.js, or PostgreSQL
• Two to six years of experience in startup environments or roles characterized by significant ownership and responsibility
• Mandatory availability to work on-site in San Francisco, given the role’s intensive in-person nature

Preferred but not required:

• Keen interest in AI-driven recruiting or talent-first hiring methodologies
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid decision-making in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with high-growth startups, consulting, or investment firms

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000
