About the Role

The Forward-Deployed Creative serves as a dynamic bridge between clients and technology, acting as an expert short-form content editor immersed within client environments. They transform broad, vague briefs like "make something eye-catching" into engaging content crafted with HexCoded's proprietary tools, enhancing outputs where necessary by manual intervention. This role demands full ownership of client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, fostering growth, and facilitating strategy discussions. Crucially, the Creative feeds back detailed insights from client encounters to the engineering team, driving iterative product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create standout short-form videos and advertisements utilizing AI-generated footage combined with live actors, achieving high-quality craftsmanship.
• Manage client accounts by deeply understanding their actual requirements, maintaining exceptional satisfaction levels, and expanding engagements through retention, repeat assignments, and upselling opportunities. Warm leads are provided; cold outreach is not required.
• Provide precise, prioritized feedback to engineering about any product issues or workflow bottlenecks encountered to support continuous technological enhancements. Coding expertise is not necessary.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience freelancing, running a small creative agency or studio, or managing a personal content channel, demonstrating excellence both in content creation and client relationship management.
• Possesses a strong aesthetic sensibility with the ability to articulate why their short-form videos effectively resonate.
• Up-to-date familiarity with AI-driven video technologies and how recent developments influence content production processes.
• Preference for client-facing roles rather than behind-the-scenes work, thriving on direct interaction.
• Primarily a skilled content creator; commercial and client engagement aspects are complements to editing expertise, not replacements.
