Key Responsibilities

• Perform sweeping, mopping, buffing, polishing, scrubbing, stripping, and refinishing of hard-surface floors using industrial equipment.
• Vacuum, spot clean, and extract dirt from carpeted areas.
• Clean furniture and empty trash, linen, and garbage containers as needed.
• Wash walls and maintain baseboards and cove base molding when required.
• Assist in training new employees occasionally.
• Maintain punctual attendance and reliability for assigned shifts.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned based on client and business requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Preferably at least one year of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with floor care machinery and comprehensive knowledge of floor and carpet maintenance is advantageous.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
