Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Fleet Operations Driver to work shifts deploying e-scooters throughout the city, ensuring availability and readiness for users. You will maintain orderly distribution of scooters, ensure they are charged and safe, manage lost scooters, and return damaged ones to the warehouse for repair to maintain high service standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Operate company vans to collect and deploy e-scooters and swap batteries.
- Ensure scooters are parked appropriately, keeping streets and sidewalks clear.
- Locate and retrieve lost scooters, assess their condition, and either redeploy or bring them back to the warehouse.
- Carry out minor on-the-spot repairs to enhance fleet availability.
- Support warehouse operations as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a valid EU B driving license with the ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Experienced and reliable driver with familiarity of the local area, prioritizing safety and security on the road. Previous professional driving experience is a plus.
- Self-driven and proactive with a hands-on approach to challenges.
- Good command of English and competent with smartphones and mechanical tools.
