Financial Controller

Role Overview

The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing all financial operations with a focus on compliance, reporting, and providing strategic insights to drive business goals.

Key Duties

• Manage comprehensive financial functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
• Establish and enforce financial policies and procedures.
• Prepare regular financial statements and reports.
• Analyze financial data to detect trends, variances, and improvement areas.
• Lead and coordinate the annual audit processes.
• Work collaboratively with various departments to align financial planning with organizational objectives.
• Oversee cash flow management, maintaining sufficient liquidity for operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Experienced as a Finance Controller, Senior Accountant, or in a comparable financial leadership role.
• In-depth understanding of accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Proficient with financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
