Role and Responsibilities

• Take full charge of daily finance department operations.
• Lead and manage month-end close activities and reporting processes.
• Supervise accounting functions including general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll.
• Prepare accurate and punctual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Monitor and control cash flow to ensure operational liquidity.
• Develop, implement, and oversee budgeting and forecasting efforts to achieve financial targets.
• Establish and maintain robust internal financial controls.
• Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and other regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to inform management decisions.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance.
