Finance Manager

Overview

The Finance Manager at StayKSA.com plays a critical role in establishing the company’s financial foundation. This position is responsible for comprehensive monthly reporting, forecasting, and closely monitoring profitability to support breakeven goals and expansion efforts.

Key Duties

• Develop and update profit & loss, cash flow, and balance sheet models across all lines of business.
• Administer budgeting processes, conduct variance analysis, and prepare reports for the board.
• Establish and enforce internal financial controls and policies consistent with Siad Holding's standards.
• Manage cost structure refinement, payment gateway reconciliations, and supplier accounting.
• Provide strategic support through scenario modeling including merchant versus agency structures, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition cost/lifetime value analyses.
• Collaborate with external auditors, legal counsel, and tax consultants.

Performance Indicators

• Monthly financial closing achieved punctually.
• Accuracy in forecasting figures.
• Reduction and control of operating expenses.
• Comprehensive insight into customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and unit economics.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years experience in finance, financial planning & analysis, or controlling roles, preferably within OTA (online travel agency), e-commerce, or SaaS sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS accounting standards, budgeting, and management reporting.
• Experienced with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics, and proficient in Excel for financial modeling.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are desirable. Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are advantageous.
