Role Overview

Join Paytm Services Private Limited as a Field Sales Executive based in Dhanbad, Jharkhand. This position focuses on acquiring new merchant accounts and expanding the reach of Paytm's QR code and sound box payment solutions within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential merchants to onboard them for QR code and sound box sales.
• Execute regular field visits, targeting 10-15 merchants daily, to promote products and enhance sales.
• Increase product distribution and capture greater market share within assigned geographical areas.
• Consistently meet and surpass sales benchmarks on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
• Develop and nurture positive relationships with merchants to ensure frequent product utilization and satisfaction.
• Gather and relay valuable market insights and feedback to the management team.
• Adhere to a structured beat plan, accurately documenting daily efforts and ensuring punctual attendance.

• Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from 16,000 to 26,000 INR.
