Field Sales Executive

Overview

One Mobikwik Systems Limited is seeking a dedicated Field Sales Executive to join their team. This full-time position involves engaging directly with merchants to promote and onboard them onto the MobiKwik platform, contributing to expanding the company’s payment solutions and financial product outreach.

Responsibilities

• Visit local merchants to introduce and onboard them to MobiKwik services.
• Actively promote payment and financial products offered by MobiKwik to potential clients.
• Develop and maintain strong merchant relationships by providing ongoing support.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly onboarding targets.
• Keep meticulous records of merchant interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Minimum education qualification is completion of 12th grade or any graduate degree.
• Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the designated area as needed.

Compensation and Working Conditions

• CTC offered is ₹25,000 per month with a take-home salary of ₹21,000 per month.
• Monthly petrol allowance of ₹4,000.
• Attractive incentives based on performance.
• Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Work schedule is six days per week.
• Work location is near the candidate’s residence as per company allocation in Trichy, Tamil Nadu.
