Primary Duties

• Conduct area visits and initiate recruitment drives to source potential bike riders for delivery services.
• Communicate job specifics including earning potential, payout schemes, and incentives to prospective riders.
• Carry out thorough verification of rider documentation to guarantee a compliant onboarding process.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily as well as weekly recruitment targets set by the company.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess at least one year of professional experience in field sales or marketing roles.
• Exhibit strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Ownership of a motorbike and a valid driving license is mandatory.
• Must demonstrate self-motivation, confidence, and a drive to deliver measurable results.
