Field Collection Executive

Overview

Fintech Cloud Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Field Collection Executive based in Mysuru, Karnataka. This full-time position involves visiting customers to recover overdue payments, building positive relationships, and achieving collection targets while adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer visits at residences or business locations to collect overdue payments.
• Adhere to daily collection schedules assigned by supervisors.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and promote timely repayments.
• Inform customers about their outstanding dues and company procedures.
• Record updates on collection status, customer feedback, and visit results through mobile or system tools.
• Follow company instructions for depositing collected amounts.
• Maintain precise documentation of all customer communications and collections.
• Ensure full compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Report unresolved or high-risk cases to managers promptly.
• Consistently strive to meet or exceed monthly collection goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum education: Completion of 10+2 or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Open to fresh graduates as well as experienced individuals.
• Experience in Collections, Recovery, Sales, NBFC, Banking, or BFSI sectors considered beneficial.
• Valid driving license for two-wheelers required; owning a two-wheeler is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently with a customer-centric and professional demeanor.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive monthly salary ranging between INR 20000 to INR 30000, inclusive of incentives.
