Field Agent

About the Role

We are currently looking for dedicated Field Agents to represent our company in the areas of Chevron, Ojo, and Lagos. This role involves physically engaging with vehicle owners and service providers across the city to onboard them onto our vehicle management platform. This position is not a call center job, nor is it remote desk work; it requires on-the-ground interaction in real environments such as petrol stations, car parks, neighborhoods, and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Focus your efforts within familiar zones such as Chevron, Ojo, or your daily movement areas.
• Enroll at least 60 vehicle owners each month onto our platform.
• Onboard a minimum of 20 mechanics or service providers every month.
• Activate 20 Vehicle Health Pro subscriptions monthly.

Compensation

Earn a fixed monthly base salary of ₦50,000 plus bonus incentives of up to ₦100,000, primarily based on your conversion performance. Your income is directly tied to the impact you make in the field.

Ideal Candidate

We seek individuals who are excellent at reading social situations, conversing with drivers and mechanics persuasively, and genuinely believe in the value of our product to improve the lives of Lagos car owners. The ability to engage authentically and passionately on-site is essential.
