F&B Service Expert

Position Overview

As an F&B Service Expert, your role extends beyond simply serving food and drinks; you are instrumental in creating a memorable and unique dining experience for guests. This involves a variety of tasks, including setting tables, liaising with kitchen staff, directly engaging and serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness of workspaces and supplies. Each interaction you have with guests is designed to be an integral part of their overall experience.

Work Environment and Expectations

The position requires continuous movement, standing, walking, or sitting for prolonged periods and navigating uneven or slippery surfaces. You will frequently handle manual tasks like moving, lifting, pushing, or pulling items weighing up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with help. Additionally, duties will require reaching overhead and below the knees, encompassing bending, twisting, and stooping. Adherence to company policies, safety standards, quality controls, and maintaining professional appearance and communication are vital components of success.

Qualifications and Experience

The preferred educational background is a high school diploma or GED equivalent. This role welcomes candidates with less than one year of related work experience and does not require prior supervisory experience or specific certifications.
