Factory Manager

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to supervise multi-unit food manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in food production processes, compliance standards, and team leadership to ensure smooth and consistent factory performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production management across multiple manufacturing locations.
• Coordinate production schedules effectively to meet capacity and demand targets while optimizing resource use.
• Conduct frequent site visits for performance assessments, audits, and resolving operational challenges.
• Establish standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices to guarantee uniform quality and productivity across all units.
• Lead quality and compliance initiatives ensuring adherence to FSSAI, food safety, hygiene guidelines, and related regulations.
• Manage internal and external audit processes, including ISO, FSSAI, and customer audits, driving CAPA measures for any quality issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven multi-site operations management experience in food manufacturing.
• In-depth understanding of food manufacturing processes and regulatory frameworks including FSSAI, HACCP, and ISO 22000.
• Strong leadership skills in managing diverse teams across various locations.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient with MS Excel and ERP tools, preferably SAP.
• Readiness to travel regularly between production units.

Eligibility

Candidates must hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization.
