Overview

The Facility Engineer will take charge of the daily management and maintenance operations at the site. This role involves supervising a large team and ensuring smooth running of all facility systems and services.

Key Duties

  • Supervise day-to-day facility operations including maintenance, repairs, and remodeling projects.
  • Handle administrative responsibilities such as budget formulation, scheduling tasks, and maintaining comprehensive records.
  • Guarantee adherence to safety protocols to provide a secure working environment.
  • Coordinate effectively with external vendors and contractors to execute various facility projects.
  • Evaluate facility performance data to pinpoint improvement opportunities.
  • Manage a team of 38 personnel comprising roles like help desk executives, housekeeping supervisors, electricians, HVAC operators, BMS operators, plumbers, carpenters, and security staff involved in operations and maintenance activities.
  • Oversee all preventive and corrective maintenance work executed by in-house staff and AMC partners.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory audits and vendor management requirements according to site specifications.
  • Conduct staff trainings and briefings to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare vital reports including daily progress, health status, complaint tracking, management updates, monthly summaries, duty rosters, and equipment maintenance histories.
  • Plan infrastructure upgrades, set target completion dates, and manage budgeting accordingly.
  • Administer the issuance and collection of CAM charges regularly for the site.
  • Supervise operation and maintenance of critical equipment such as transformers, DG sets, HVAC systems, electrical panels (including AMF, MCC panel, capacitor banks), automation panels (using SLD, control and power technical diagrams), switchgears (ACB, MCCB, MCB, RCCB, relays, timers), firefighting systems, IBMS, plumbing, lifts, STP (MBBR), WTP, and swimming pools.
