Role Summary

The Facilities Coordinator will report each day to the Facilities Manager and help keep the building’s facilities services operating efficiently. The position supports a wide range of workplace, maintenance, coordination, and administrative tasks.

  • Maintain and review manuals, handbooks, guidance notes, and related records.
  • Cover receptionist duties when necessary.
  • Understand core meeting and events responsibilities and support the M&E Specialist when needed.
  • Oversee daily mail room operations, including deliveries and enquiries.
  • Stay familiar with basic procedures, courier providers, and external key contacts.
  • Monitor mail-related supplies and reorder stock when needed.
  • Take on additional tasks and duties as assigned.
