Role Impact
We are searching for a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to partner closely with our Founder. This position extends beyond conventional administrative roles to be a strategic aide who ensures the Founder’s priorities and efforts are sharply focused. Your ability to bring organization to a fast-moving environment, manage critical tasks to completion, and optimize the Founder's efficiency is vital. The role involves juggling a dynamic schedule, facilitating smooth communications, and exercising autonomy, discretion, and sound judgment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and refine the Founder's calendar aligning priorities, commitments, and urgent decisions.
- Manage communications on the Founder’s behalf, including sorting emails, correspondence, and scheduling.
- Prepare briefing documents, agendas, and meeting minutes, ensuring clear follow-up on action items.
- Coordinate intricate domestic and international travel plans covering flights, lodging, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
- Act as the intermediary between the Founder and internal teams, external partners, and crucial stakeholders.
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
Experience & Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience supporting a senior leader or founder in an executive assistant or related capacity.
- Expertise in managing complex schedules, travel plans, and logistics amid competing demands.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive information, personal arrangements, and unexpected requests with the utmost discretion.
- Background in event planning, hospitality, or private client service is highly valued.
- Exceptionally organized and detail-conscious with a proactive approach to anticipating needs.
- Comfortable and successful in a dynamic, fast-paced, personalized environment.
Physical Requirements
This role requires regular activities such as sitting, walking, speaking, hearing, and use of hands for keyboarding and handling objects. Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, crawling, reaching, and stretching are part of the job demands. Compensation and Benefits
The position offers an annual salary ranging from 75000 to 90000 USD, depending on experience.
