Position Overview
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to a dynamic and highly accomplished CEO. This vital role demands constant availability, including travel and attendance at board meetings, and offers the unique opportunity to collaborate closely with executives and board members both in the US and internationally.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have a substantial background with 10 to 15 years of experience supporting C-suite leaders, demonstrating consistency and longevity in past roles. This individual must demonstrate exceptional poise, a positive attitude, and excellent judgment, thriving equally well under pressure and in building trusted, effective relationships across all organizational layers.
Required Competencies and Work Style
Proficiency with advanced technical tools is crucial, along with the capacity to engage smoothly with senior leadership and board members. We seek a proactive self-starter who communicates transparently, maintains the highest levels of trustworthiness, and is adept at anticipating and addressing needs ahead of time. Flexibility in scheduling is critical to accommodate the role’s demands.
