Role Overview
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO and one to two additional Partners. This role is pivotal in maintaining daily operations, ensuring the team remains organized and our candidates and clients receive exceptional care. Ideal candidates are sharp, highly responsible, discreet, and take full ownership of their tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage scheduling and logistics for both internal and external meetings.
- Edit and format client deliverables with precision.
- Support special projects as needed.
- Arrange travel plans for executives and candidates.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting logistics, including scheduling phone and in-person interviews as well as coordinating candidate travel.
- Handle high-volume scheduling and respond promptly to candidate inquiries.
- Assist in organizing company events such as offsites, team gatherings, and holiday celebrations.
Qualifications and Expectations
- Possess a bachelor's degree.
- Have two to three years of pertinent professional experience.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills coupled with strong written and oral communication abilities.
- Comfortable using AI-powered productivity tools and quick to adapt to new software.
- Capable of managing competing priorities effectively without oversight.
- Maintain a high level of discretion as sensitive information is regularly handled.
- Self-motivated and proactive, anticipating needs and acting without constant direction.
- Collaborative and personable, able to work well with colleagues at various levels.
