Job Overview
Related Realty, a data-centric and client-focused real estate brand operating in South Florida, is seeking an Administrative Assistant based in Miami, FL to provide comprehensive support to the President. Established in 2011 through a partnership between International Sales Group’s Craig Studnicky and Jorge Pérez, Chairman and CEO of Related Group, Related Realty combines two influential real estate organizations. The ideal candidate is a well-organized professional capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, with a keen interest in real estate market research and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Generate and update various documents and reports as needed; handle drafting and processing of correspondence; organize the President’s schedule, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Conduct detailed market research on South Florida real estate and condominium sectors including monitoring new developments, pricing patterns, inventory status, and competitor projects.
- Prepare summaries and analyses of market data, sales comparables, and industry reports to aid in informed decision-making and business development.
- Support research and strategic initiatives related to new property listings, emerging neighborhoods, and market prospects within the South Florida condo and residential sectors.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for office documents, project files, listings, and market research data.
- Participate actively in conferences and meetings, prepare relevant materials, and record minutes as necessary.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and budgets for real estate projects and corporate initiatives.
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to team members, clients, visitors, and telephone inquiries.
Candidate Profile
- Possess at minimum an associate degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience, including at least four years in pertinent roles.
- Have 3 to 4 years of experience in real estate, development, construction, or related sectors, preferably in an executive support capacity.
- Demonstrate strong interest or experience in real estate market research, capable of effectively gathering, organizing, and synthesizing data.
- Adapt quickly and comfortably in a fast-paced and diverse work environment.
- Exhibit the ability to work autonomously with excellent organizational skills and self-motivation.
- Show sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism in all interpersonal interactions.
- Be adept in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is advantageous.
