Role and Responsibilities

• Perform extensive research via online commercial registries, corporate databases, legal repositories, and media outlets.
• Utilize specialized research platforms like Factiva and Lexis-Nexis to conduct desktop due diligence investigations.
• Exhibit advanced technical skills and adaptability to acquire new knowledge effectively.
• Condense gathered information into clear, precise reports.
• Track ongoing progress and keep relevant stakeholders updated on developments and outcomes.
• Ensure timely delivery of client engagement tasks aligned with project timelines and methodologies, focusing on due diligence reporting and identifying associated risks.
• Stay informed on industry advancements related to Forensic Counterparty Due Diligence advisory services.

Qualifications

• Graduation in Commerce, Economics, or Arts (B.A., B.Com., Economics).
• Knowledge of at least one foreign language such as German, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese, or Japanese is preferred.
