Role Overview
We are seeking an Event Operations Executive to play an integral part in orchestrating exceptional matchday and event experiences at Emirates Stadium. This role encompasses both preparatory planning and live execution, supporting the operational delivery of fixtures and large-scale events while crafting memorable moments that reflect the club’s vision and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Event Operations Manager to assist in planning and executing matchdays, ensuring flawless operations through effective management of relevant stakeholders.
- Enhance fan engagement by delivering dynamic matchday events including activations, live entertainment, and production support to create innovative supporter experiences.
- Supervise matchday workforce programmes such as casual staff, ball squads, mascots, and Gunnersaurus operations, ensuring smooth running and high-quality experiences.
- Coordinate community engagement initiatives and special events, including cup finals and associated activities, working alongside internal teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with football authorities, clubs, suppliers, and partners to comply with operational and regulatory standards.
- Oversee accreditation processes, risk assessments, and health and safety documentation to guarantee safe and compliant event operations.
- Advocate for supporters by utilizing audience insights to inform communications, matchday messaging, and overall experience enhancements.
- Drive continuous operational improvements by analyzing supporter feedback, performance data, and industry trends.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in event operations, particularly supporting the planning and management of major events or projects, with an emphasis on operational excellence.
- Commercially savvy and brand-conscious, ideally with background in sport, entertainment, or customer-focused fast-paced settings.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to build and sustain positive relationships tailored to diverse audiences.
- Comprehensive knowledge of event delivery, including planning methodologies, health and safety standards, safeguarding responsibilities, and industry best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving aptitude with the ability to respond swiftly to operational challenges using initiative.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and detailed-oriented to juggle multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
- Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to enhancing processes and supporter experiences.
