Position Overview
We are a rapidly expanding real estate development and civil engineering firm seeking a qualified Estates Officer to join our team in Accra, Ghana.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Estate Management or Real Estate.
- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in estate management or related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop work schedules, budgets, and operational plans for managing residential estates effectively.
- Collaborate closely with residents' associations and the company's legal team to ensure smooth estate operations.
- Oversee estate services including rental management, service contracts, repairs and maintenance, handling tenant complaints, and other related duties.
Location
This role is based in Accra, Greater Accra Region, Ghana.
