Role Summary and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the Saudi Aramco Enterprise Project Management (EPM) system, ensuring all procurement, quality assurance, and construction deliverables are submitted accurately, on schedule, and in full compliance.
  • Coordinate complete EPM workflows including activities such as managing Materials Requisition (MR) lists and packages, Technical Bid Evaluations (TBEs), Award Recommendations, Notices of Award (NOLs), Purchase Orders, and project-specific documentation like NMR 601/602/603, Inspection and Acceptance Procedures (IAPs), and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
  • Rigorously review documentation to confirm adherence to Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, coding protocols, and formal document handling procedures.
  • Serve as the primary liaison linking Procurement, Quality, and Construction teams with Saudi Aramco reviewers to expedite approvals and address review comments effectively.
  • Track submission progress, approval status, overdue actions, and client feedback; generate and disseminate progress reports while escalating critical matters when necessary.
  • Manage submissions concerning Quality (including CVs, Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), Nondestructive Testing (NDT), and vendor quality records) alongside Construction items such as Requests for Information (RFIs), inspection documentation, as-built records, and field engineering documents.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate registers, submission logs, and archival documents to guarantee traceability and facilitate audits.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive expertise in Saudi Aramco project processes, procurement methodologies, quality control systems, and document management requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least two years of practical experience specifically coordinating within the Saudi Aramco EPM framework.
  • A cumulative 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, Project Quality Control Services (PQCS), project coordination, or related EPM coordination roles.
  • Deep familiarity with procurement cycles, supply chain mechanics, material requisition protocols, bid evaluation processes, purchase order generation, and project quality expectations.
  • Established track record of facilitating collaboration across multiple disciplines involving procurement, quality control, and construction deliverables.
  • Saudi Aramco EPM Coordinator approval is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Document Management Systems, reporting utilities, and effective stakeholder communication.
