Enterprise Architecture Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for an Enterprise Architecture Manager to oversee and supervise the full solution development cycle. The role involves managing architectural blueprints aligned with business needs to enhance organizational systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement architectural blueprints across various technology domains ensuring alignment with product team requirements for efficient launch of solutions and services.
• Develop, present, and promote comprehensive architectural roadmaps and blueprints, utilizing expertise across multiple disciplines to guide the advancement of infrastructure, products, and services.
• Act as a subject matter expert by collaborating with domain architects to critique and assess initiatives, influencing technology strategy and persuading decision makers across domains.
• Support solution development by guiding delivery leads and partners, ensuring solutions meet organizational expectations through to deployment.
• Manage infrastructure teams to align infrastructure with overall architecture and adjust technical architecture as needed to accommodate infrastructure demands.
• Provide architecture governance throughout the project lifecycle including pre-initiation phases, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with business development and key stakeholders to create solution proposals and architectural options for review and endorsement.
• Supervise and mentor team members on best practices and communicate broad enterprise issues internally and externally to maintain organizational alignment.
• Define technical requirements for RFIs and RFPs, facilitate technical evaluations to select optimal vendors for systems enhancement.
• Review and approve reports and statements to ensure their accuracy and timely publication according to business and operational standards.
• Organize and oversee team activities ensuring efficient execution aligned with policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Nationality: Saudi nationals only.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines; advanced certifications are advantageous.
• Experience: Between 5 to 8 years in IT Architecture or related fields with minimum of 3 years in leadership or managerial roles.
• Skills: Familiarity with banking IT architecture and operations, ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions, moderate communication skills, strong negotiation capabilities, and proficient planning and organizational skills.
