Enterprise Architecture Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Lead to manage the Business Domain layer of an Enterprise Architecture framework within our program. This role involves owning reference-code and metadata schemes to ensure alignment and governance throughout the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and define structuring standards for Enterprise Architecture, including reference-code conventions and required metadata bindings covering organization, data, agents, rule registries, and policy.
• Guarantee forward compatibility of the enterprise architecture and ensure seamless interaction among BPM, data, integration, and AI platforms.
• Oversee the compliance of architecture standards across all process-based deliverables.
• Create and implement metadata standards to maintain consistency throughout the enterprise-wide business architecture.

Required Qualifications

• Over 10 years of professional experience in Enterprise Architecture roles.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale Government or Enterprise EA programs.
• Demonstrated expertise in Business Architecture, Data Architecture, and Integration Architecture.
• Mandatory certification in TOGAF 9 or TOGAF 10.
